We must take change by the hand or rest assuredly, change will take us by te throat.
If I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.

Innovation and business model

Utopies is at the heart of the necessary transformation of companies: defining new product and service offerings and new business models suited for digitized consumers, in demand from businesses with a positive impact.

Twenty years after its emergence, sustainable development will only be able to solve global problems if it directly transforms product and service offerings, business strategies and business models, which must contribute more broadly to a positive impact.
Similarly, innovation fails when it is disconnected from what concerns people and does not offer solutions to the problems and issues of our time. We believe that it is time to make sustainable development and innovation converge: the company is a powerful force, combining human creativity and the power of money, which can be mobilized to solve the major challenges of our time – at the heart of its raison d’ être, its economic model, its offer of products or services.

Not only is sustainable development integrated into the strategy a booster of innovation and a lever for profitability, but, conversely, innovation makes it possible to raise CSR issues to a higher level of commitment and action.

Positive and sustainable innovation is the only way to improve the human condition, society and our relationship with nature, and to ensure the company’s sustainability, since there is no economic model on a failed planet.

NOE program.

> Find here the Noé Program.

Positive innovation strategy.

From co-innovation with stakeholders to design-thinking, via choice editing or new business models (local, inclusive, circular, collaborative, collaborative, functional…), from partnerships with start-ups or social entrepreneurs to the creation of a specific investment fund, including a reorganisation of your organisation or offices to promote corporate hacking and breakthrough innovation, UTOPIES will help you to implement a positive and sustainable innovation strategy integrating societal issues as opportunities to bring more added value to your customers.

Essential steps in this strategy : the “positive innovation hackaton” seminars to develop and prototype the positive innovations of tomorrow, as well as the implementation of reporting and monitoring indicators to demonstrate the effective integration of sustainable development into innovation approaches.

Support and engineering of innovative projects.
From exploring new economic models (ex. moving from product to service) to the identification of an ecosystem of partners and the construction of the “business model canvas” of the proposed solution, through the support of prototyping and experimentation of the developed solution, UTOPIES has accompanied numerous clients (such as Rabot-Dutilleul, Expanscience, etc.) in the development of innovative projects.

Strategy to optimize the product range.

With its recognised expertise in the field of responsible consumption, UTOPIES supports its customers (Leclerc, Botanic, LU, Fleury-Michon, Saint-Michel, BPCE, AXA, etc.) in implementing a strategy to optimise their product offering – identifying the most relevant labels, developing benchmarks to evaluate the existing offer when external labels do not exist, setting quantified and dated targets for the progress of the offer, etc.

Organization of intra- or inter-company LEX.

For years now, UTOPIES has been taking its clients on ad hoc or inter-company trips at our initiative to discover sectoral or thematic “next practices” in other countries – such as recently Danone in London, Axa in California, Fleury-Michon in New-York, Urban Agriculture in Montreal and Detroit, Innovative workspaces in Amsterdam, and so on.
