Annabelle is an environmental chemistry engineer and graduated from the Stockholm Polytechnic Institute in 2007 with a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Sustainable Development. For the past 10 years, she has been supporting local and regional players, both public and private, in their ecological transition strategies. Annabelle worked for 6 years in the Construction and Sustainable Urban Planning division of Utopies with constructors, developers and local authorities, before joining Eiffage's Sustainable City R&D department - Phosphore® laboratory - to steer the deployment of innovations on development projects. She then joined the Territorial Council, specializing in energy transition issues at Transitions. She is pleased to be back with the Utopies team in 2017 to support territorial transition strategies within the Local living economy division.
Annabelle has a solid knowledge of the construction-promotion-development, urban planning and energy sectors. Her various missions have brought her into contact with private, institutional, civil society and local authorities, offering her a good understanding of ecosystems and the games of actors on the territories. She likes to regularly mobilize techniques of animation and collective innovation for her research or consultancy work.

Annabelle is fascinated by the philosophy of Ayurveda, which she explores in all its forms: sirsasana, biryani, vipassana or abhyanga... when the daily life gives her time!
