Holder of a engineer degree in human nutrition from AgroParisTech, Bénédicte also is an engineer graduate of Supagro Montpellier in Innovation and politics for a sustainable food. Convinced of the link between nutrition, agriculture and sustainable development, Bénédicte wanted to deepen the understanding of the stakes of durability of food systems entirely and explore the tracks of alternative and emerging solutions. Before joining UTOPIES, Bénédicte had various initial experiences, proofs of her curiosity: humanitarian action in India, investment in start-ups from the nutrition-health sector, financial audit, research on nutrition.
In 2016, Bénédicte joined the Sustainable food pole at Utopies, in which she uses her scientific skills to advise firms of the food industry in terms of sustainable development strategy. She is mainly interested in nutrition and health stakes, food waste, agricultural production and broadly in the strategies of firms and brands of the food industry to answer tomorrow’s stakes.
