A consultant for more than 20 years, Patrick is an engineer from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP). He holds a DEA in Environmental Sciences and Technology from the School of Ponts et Chaussées, and an Executive MBA from HEC.  For more than 15 years, he has taught sustainable construction at the ESTP and has prepared numerous future engineers for their Final Year Thesis Work on problems of sustainable planning and development. At Utopies, Patrick is particularly involved in missions of CSR strategies definition and integration of sustainable development in projects related to construction and land-use planning.


Contribution to the expansion of HQE (High Environmental Quality) in France: active participation in working groups of ATEQUE, commercial development and support (AMO or consulting at the MOE) of HQE building projects: CSTB, PUCA, Limousin Region, Ministry of Equipment, Accor, ADEME, Association HQE. (1995-2000) Methodological proposals for evaluating the environmental impacts of construction. Elaboration of a typology of environmental impacts of Building Products, publication PUCA (with CSTB) since 1999. Carbon footprint diagnostic tools for the FNTP, the Colas group... Professor of construction and sustainable land-use planning at the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics since 1997. Management and coordination of projects Assistance in construction projects and coordination of studies and works for a joint development zone of 26 hectares of more than 300 interlocutors, 43 new constructions representing more than 300 000 m² of net floor area. Complete overhaul of information system (system, architecture, interfaces, benchmarks, dashboards, management) of a Economic Interest Grouping (EIG) producing daily marketing data for 200 subscribing businesses (6000 man-days, 15 people).
